Who is the scruff dude with the trucker hat pulled low to the side and his baggin’ saggin’ pants pulled even lower?

Shaft? Nahhh, shut yo’ mouth!

a few words on passing

May 28, 2007

The Washington Blade article, A ‘passing’ phase, explores the ability of many queer and trans folks to pass as straight folks. Sometimes the bear eats you, sometimes you have to eat the bear.

XX Man, I am.

May 28, 2007

I’m too old to be an XX Boy. And I am fine with Kael T Block’s boy reality. IMO, your age is how old you’d be if you didn’t know how old you were.

I commend Kael’s photography project. He captures the tranny boy essence before it rusts from too many free radicals.

Kael, when you get to XX Men, give me a holla’.

Pick up the Mic.

Touch it if you dare because it’s so hot it won’t stop. Comin’ on like the free on in your frigid aire.

I touched it and…

Now, I want some Johnny Dangerously. But he sway so deliciously. I’m afraid he’a hurt me.

Chill with Coyote Grace

May 25, 2007

It’s 1a.m. and I got off work an hour ago. I’m home and I get on the internet and read some email, trying to get sleepy. I find a bit of email about a musical duo called Coyote Grace.

I surf to their website and see a good looking couple of modern day troubadours. They remind me of a time when record stores were full of long playing albums instead of itty bitty cds.

I click to hear their tunes. The music relaxes me and becomes important to me like good music ought to be. Music you want to share with friends. Music that makes you forgot your troubles and remember some good old times.

Thanks, Coyote Grace.
