Why We Sing is a documentary that focuses on the 7th International Gay and Lesbian Association of Choruses Choral Festival. More than 5,000 singers comprising 160 choruses participated in the festival. Through song and interviews, Why We Sing explores many current issues: same-sex marriage, religious views on LGBT rights, and the trans rights movement.
